We all love our fur babies and this is a very special class! Immortalize your fur baby to canvas and help raise funds for this heartwarming cause. Pup Profile is a passionate, volunteer-run nonprofit committed to making a difference, one pup at a time. Proceeds from this event will help Pup Profile support shelter and rescue pups. We will be painting in the Distinction Art Gallery surrounded by wonderful local art. And you will be able to purchase wine and beer in the Last Spot Bar along with complimentary light bites to enjoy while you paint your pup. Take home your custom portrait and a complimentary goodie bag of all-natural treats from Oaklee Doaklees! Come join us for this great event!
We will be painting on a 11” x 14” or 12” x 12” canvas and you will be guided step-by-step through the entire painting process by experienced instructor Susie Miars.
Here are the steps to proceed:
1) register for the class
2) email a photo of your pet directly to Susie at susierart@gmail.com. Susie will print out a color copy of your photo and prepare the canvas before your arrival to class. PLEASE NOTE: try to get the best lighting possible when photographing your pet. If you have a black pet make sure there is enough light to distinguish the pets features. A front facing view of your pet makes for the best result.
3) PLEASE NOTE: all photos are due by Thursday January 22nd. Email to susierart@gmail.com.
You are sure to have a great time creating your very own masterpiece! All materials and supplies are provided. It’s fun and easy. No experience necessary!
We encourage artistic freedom and you can alter the painting to fit your own style!
