Susie Romain
Master Artist
Born and raised in Southern California, since the moment she could hold a crayon, Susie has been drawing and painting. From art classes in school, to painting set designs for theatre groups, she's loved it all. In college, although she continued to paint, her interests took a turn towards graphic design and advertising. And so, a career in Advertising began, it was fun and exciting. Illustration, logo design, ad and marketing campaigns, working with creative teams and clients. Her background of drawing and illustration helped in her career, but she was missing the world of fine art! The year 2004 brought Susie back to painting, taking classes in watercolor both in studio and plein air. Currently living in Vista, CA she is a member of the San Dieguito Art Guild. Her watercolors and acrylics have received awards in the monthly shows at the Off Track Gallery in Encinitas, CA.
Teaching sip and paint classes has been an absolute joy! As an art instructor, Susie has been able to inspire others to believe in themselves, to spark that creative inner child and just go for it! Sharing the passion for art and partaking in a sip and paint experience with friends, family, and making new friends is absolutely a blast. Come join us, no experience necessary. I bring all the supplies for you and your guests to take home a masterpiece. You can choose a painting from my portfolio or special subject requests are considered.
